The Every Chance, Every Texan Web site provides Texans with key information to plan and pay for college. Use our tools and resources to identify potential careers, help sort out the many options to pay for college, plus access information about scholarships, grants and student loans.

Resources include:

• Texas’ Top Jobs shows jobs that are in demand and encourages Texans to go to college.
• Planning Strategies provides key tips to parents and students for preparing and paying for college, including calculator links for estimating and determining savings strategies.
• Texas Savings Plans includes information on:
  • the new Texas Tuition Promise Fund to help you prepay for college tuition
  • our two state-sponsored 529 college savings plans — the Texas College Savings Plan and the LoneStar 529 Plan — which help families save for expenses not covered by the Texas Tuition Promise Fund
  • tips and profiles to help families define the best savings investments to meet their timelines. 
• Scholarships and Aid offers an index of Texas scholarships, federal and state financial aid information and how to work the financial aid process.
