Piper Fellows Program

Established in 1978, the Piper Fellows Program was designed to enable former Piper Scholars to attend Graduate/Professional school. Fellowships are granted to meet financial need while pursuing an advanced degree at an institution in the State of Texas. Presently, the program is quiescent due to higher priorities of the Foundation.
